Beneficiaries may be individuals, corporate organizations, government (local, state, federal) and their agencies. Admission of beneficiaries shall be based on some criteria which include the following:
- Is the applicant's project sustainable after graduating from the I4J program?
- Will the project contribute significantly to the social and economic development of Nigeria?
- Will the project create job opportunities for Nigerians (direct or indirect)?
- Does the beneficiary have the capacity, passion and other resources to roll out and sustain the service?
The beneficiaries' projects shall be subjected to rigorous supervision within a period of 12 months from the date of their admission into the I4J program. Web application developments of the projects are expected to be completed not later than 4 months after admission into the program and marketing of service is expected to commence immediately after.
